Issue
Operation Failed Microsoft Office Outlook Pop-up window displays when trying to use the DocuShare Outlook Client.
Reason / Possible Cause
This could happen if the user(s) uses a special \custom sort order\view in Outlook. You can verify in the Outlook View Menu – Arrange By and\or Current View to see if any custom views are being used.
Solution
1. Select Start | Run. The Run window displays.
2. In the Open field type Outlook.exe /cleanviews and click the Ok button.
Note: This resets the Outlook Views to its original settings.
Note: If command in step 2 doesn't work then try the following command instead
C:\program files\microsoft office\office12\outlook.exe /cleanviews or
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office12\outlook.exe /cleanviews. Depending on your
installation environment the path may vary.
