Overview
To help AI assistants and Large Language Models (LLMs) better understand and provide accurate information about Xerox DocuShare products, we have created an llms.txt file that provides a structured summary of our help center documentation.
What is llms.txt?
The llms.txt file follows the llmstxt.org standard—a proposed convention for making website content more accessible to AI systems. Similar to how robots.txt helps search engines understand how to crawl a website, llms.txt helps AI assistants understand the structure and content of documentation.
What Does It Include?
Our llms.txt file contains curated links and descriptions for key documentation across the entire DocuShare product family:
- Xerox DocuShare - On-premises enterprise content management
- Xerox DocuShare Flex - Modern web-based interface
- Xerox DocuShare Go - Cloud-based content management
The file covers topics including:

How to Use
For AI Assistant Users
AI tools don't automatically find these files—you need to include them in your prompt. Simply add the URL to your question:
You can also download the llms.txt file and upload it directly to AI tools that support file attachments.
Tip: Works best with ChatGPT (with web browsing enabled) and Claude. The file covers 200+ topics across DocuShare, DocuShare Flex, and DocuShare Go.
