DocuShare is announcing the end-of-sale for the DocuShare Archive Server. New purchases and new licenses for the DocuShare Archive Server are no longer available. This announcement applies to new sales only. DocuShare Archive Server is not end-of-life, and existing customers may continue using and supporting the product
Who is Affected
This change affects only customers purchasing new licenses of DocuShare Archive Server and does not impact other DocuShare products or modules.
What This Means for You
- New purchases and new licenses for DocuShare Archive Server are no longer available as of March 11, 2026.
- This is an End-of-Sale only announcement; DocuShare Archive Server is not End-of-Life at this time.
- Existing customers may continue to use DocuShare Archive Server.
- Existing customers running supported versions of DocuShare may continue to:
- Renew support contracts
- Receive maintenance, updates, and documentation
If you are an existing DocuShare Archive Server customer, you are eligible to renew your support contract as long as your DocuShare environment is running a currently supported version of DocuShare. Supported versions of DocuShare are listed on the Xerox DocuShare Help Center at help.docushare.com.

Support and Version Eligibility
Support renewal for DocuShare Archive Server is available to customers running supported versions of DocuShare. For information on supported versions please reference the following KB article Supported versions of DocuShare.
Customers running unsupported versions of DocuShare are encouraged to upgrade to a supported version to remain eligible for Archive Server support renewal. Please contact your Sales representative to discuss upgrade options DocuShare.Sales.Team@xerox.com.
Why We Made This Decision
As the DocuShare product family evolves, we are aligning our offerings around our core content management platform and modern cloud-based capabilities. While the DocuShare Archive Server will no longer be available for new purchase, we remain committed to supporting our existing Archive Server customers through ongoing support renewals on supported DocuShare versions.
