Note: This applies to the DocuShare Windows Client (DSClient).
Issue
When viewing Collections from the DSClient, a strikeout appears through a Collection and it is greyed out.

The strikeout is an indication that the Collection has reached the defined expiration date.
To verify the Collection has expired:
1. Log into DocuShare via the web browser.
2. Browse to the Collection that is displaying in the client as greyed out and/or has a strikethrough.
3. Select Properties of the Collection.
4. Verify the Expiration date.
If its expired, you can leave it or change it.

To Refresh the Schema in the DSClient:
a. Right-click on the Server Mapping and select Properties. The DocuShare Server Properties window displays.
b. From the General tab click the Refresh schema button.
c. Click OK.
