- The Client installer may prompt for a system restart, and may attempt to repeat the installation over and over, even if the Cancel button is selected in the repeating progress dialog. If you see a repeated installation attempt, the problem could be caused by a bug in WTS. Refer to the KB article of Microsoft below.

If TermSrvCopyKeyOnce exists in the base key below or a nested key therein, uninstall the Client, and delete the base key, and re-install the Client.
