Issue
Glyphscans are not showing up in DocuShare they are instead going to the C:\Xerox\Docushare\glyphscan\errorDirectory
The Following error is displayed in the Converters.log repeatedly.

Reason / Possible Cause
The C:\windows\temp\conv_temp directory is missing or the account used to start DocuShare doesn't have sufficient permissions to the folder.
Solution
On the DocuShare Server,

Stop DocuShare.

Create the folder C:\windows\temp\conv_temp if it doesn't exist.

Verify that the account used to start DocuShare via the Services logon or via the Command prompt (depending on how you start DocuShare in your environment) has Full Permissions to the folder

Start DocuShare.

Try scanning again.
