User Is Unable To Access a Collection Ljava.lang.string Error is Displayed
Note: This applies to DS 6.x.
Issue
User cannot access a collection; error Ljava.lang.String; appears. The admin can successfully login and access the collection.
Log files show the following errors:

Solution
1. Login to DocuShare as admin.
2. Navigate to the collection that is causing the error.
3. Identify placeholder(s) (objects with a file size of 0KB).
4. Delete the placeholder(s) and log off.
5. Login as the user and navigate to the collection.
