Note: DocuShare Windows Client version 6.5.1 build 26.
Issue
Error : SE_ERR_ACCESSDENIED error is displayed after attempting to check-in a document.
Reason
The DocuShare Windows Client (DSCLIENT) does not have access to the Work In Process (WIP) folder.
Solution
1. Open Control Panel | Add and Remove Programs or Programs and Features depending on the Operating System.
2. Highlight DocuShare Client and select Modify or Change. The DocuShare Client Setup window will display.
3. Click Next.
4. Click the Modify button. The Choose folder locations screen will display.
5. Point the Work Folder to a local folder.
6. Click the Next button and finish setup.
7. Once done you will be prompted to reboot.
