Issue

A DocuShare pop up window displays the following error.

Internal processing error occurred. Currently viewed page may not display correctly.

Problem Location: ServiceRequest.DefaultProps

Reason: Server Schema Data Invalid or Corrupt

Possible Remedy: Refresh schema data

Reason/ Possible Cause

The Server Schema Data Invalid or Corrupt. This error usually occurs when the DocuShare Server has had its Object Properties changed and/or updated.

Solution

1. Double-click the My DocuShare Places icon on your desktop or in Windows Explorer.

2. Right-Click the DocuShare Server Map and select Properties. The DocuShare Server Properties window will display.

3. From the General tab, click the Refresh Schema button.

Note: (Optional) You can configure the DocuShare Client to refresh the schema every time you login to the DocuShare Server by placing a check mark in the checkbox labeled Always refresh when I log onto this server. However, enabling this option will lengthen the time to complete a login into DocuShare.

4. Click the OK button.
