Original File Name is Replaced With a Number When Copying Cloned Document Object from DSClient

Note: This applies to all versions of the DocuShare Windows Client.

Issue

When copying a cloned document object using the DocuShare Windows Client (DSClient) the original file name is replaced with a number.

Possible Reason and\or Cause

This issue can happen when copying a cloned document object from one collection to another collection using DSClient. The Original File Name will be replaced with a bogus ID number such as I33-65.

Solution

This may be fixed in a future release of DSClient.
