Note: This applies to DocuShare upgrades that use FTP scanning.
Issue
A site that was upgraded and previously scanned via FTP successfully now fails. The following error message is displayed in the \logs\FtpScan.STdout file.

Reason / Possible Cause
The Domain field on the Scan page of DocuShare is case sensitive.
Solution
1. Log into DocuShare as Admin.
2. Click Admin Home | Service and Components | Scan. The Scan page will display.
3. Verify the field next to Domain is DocuShare.
Note: This field is case sensitive and must match the domain name listed in Admin Home | Account Management | Domains.
4. Click the Apply button.
5. Try scanning again.
