Note: This issue is not specific to any OS or build of the DocuShare Windows Client.
Issue
The DocuShare Windows Client icon does not appear in system tray.
Note: The icon in the system tray is required for accessing the latest utilities with 6.5.1 b24 and higher.
Solution
You must add the DocuShare Windows Client to the Windows Startup programs list.
To add the DocuShare Windows Client to Startup:
1. Run msconfig. The System Configuration window displays.
2. Select the Startup Tab.
3. Place a checkmark in the checkbox labeled DocuShare Client.
4. Click the OK button.
Note: A reboot may be required the workstation for the change to take effect.
