1. Right-click the DocuShare Windows Client icon in the system tray.
2. Hold down the Shift key and select DocuShare Client Settings. (This will open the Advanced Settings tabs). The DocuShare Client Properties window displays.
3. Select the Gateway tab.
Note: If the Gateway tab is not displayed in the DocuShare Client Properties window repeat step 1 and 2.
4. In the Network access section, change the Transmission Buffer Size to 65536 bytes.
5. Select the More Gateway tab.
6. Under the File Transfer section, change the Upload buffer limit to 1460.
7. Select the Explorer tab.
8. In the Drag and drop, etc section remove the checkmark from the checkbox labeled Upload in background.
9. Click the OK button.
10. Reboot the PC.
