Solutions
Option 1: Enable the simple check in wizard option in the DsClient settings.
Note: If you are using custom objects or properties you will not be able to use them with the simple check in wizard.
To enable simple check in:
Right click the DocuShare Client icon in the system tray in the bottom right-hand corner of the desktop.
Select DocuShare Client Settings. The DocuShare Client Properties window will display.
Select the Document tab.
Under Windows Explorer section place a check mark in the Use simple check in form checkbox.
Click the OK button.
Option 2: Turn on Internet Explorer Compatibility mode.
Note: This applies to DocuShare 6.6.1 and below.
Warning: This option does NOT apply to DocuShare 7. DocuShare 7 does not support the use of compatibility mode.
Note: This solution allows you to continue using the Check-In Wizard.
Open Internet Explorer
Click Tools | Compatibility View Settings. The Compatibility View Settings window displays.
Note: If the Tools menu is not available you may need to right-click the address bar and select Menu bar.
Add the website to the list.
Click the Close button.
Click Tools | Internet options. The Internet Options page displays.
On the General tab, under the Browsing history section, click the Delete button.
Click the Delete button to clear the cache (browsing history, cookies, temp. internet files, etc.)
Close Internet Explorer.
Try checking out a document again.
